Our Services

Embroidery is the art of decorating garments/hats/scarves/collars and MUCH more using a needle and thread, or by creating patches that have been embroidered. We can personalize items; napkins, pillowcases and just about whatever you can think of!

Standard Process

Produces brilliant “true” color, strong durabilty and washability.

Designed for raised texture effects.

Metallic Shimmer or Glitter

Available in silver and gold this type of ink will give the shirts a metallic look or glitter/sparkle.

Fashionable technique that creates an aged or worn look.

Foil can be applied to 100% cotton and some polyester blends to give you the highest brilliance possible. Available in Silver, Gold, Electric Blue, Red and Green.

Spangles (unlike sequins are not sewn on and have no hole so you get a much bigger impact from the same size bling!) They are completely soft so you can apply them to dance uniforms, cheer shorts, children’s wear and not worry about scratching.

Want even more bling? Rhinestones are attached to the fabric to give a stylish look to the cloth and make a bold statement.

4 Color Process

4-color process printing refers to the technique of printing a full spectrum of colors using halftones of only 4 ink colors layered over each other.

Simulation Process

Simulated process, commonly referred to as “sim process”, is our preferred method for printing detailed, color intensive images with a lot of blending and gradients. Sim process screen printing can be used on either light or dark shirts.

Digital Printing

Digital Printing is a process using specially formulated toners in order to digitally print an image directly onto any garment or promotional item.

Dye Sublimation

Sublimation is the process of transferring dye to a fabric using heat. The image is printed on special paper placed on the garment and heat is applied, allowing the ink to become part of the fabric. … Sublimation is a great process that allows for vibrant, full color prints. Used with man-made materials such as nylon, certain plastics, and polyester fabrics; great for athletic wear. Also for promotional items: cups, pads, etc.
